"Their Service Man (Kevin) Arrived not only on time but early and went to work. Found the problem a frozen pump shaft, freed it up and got my washer working again in a matter of approximately 45 minutes. Since the washer is 45-50 years old he mentioned that there are other things needing replacement such as the pump. He gave me a price for replacement of the pump if I wanted to pursue it. Luckily they had a replacement at the shop. He gave me a price for the replacement and left. I found him to be very knowledgeable in all sorts of appliances and quite professional."

He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat.
