"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Having a leak in our house/main floor - we have been working to get people out to the house for a couple months.  Everyone either could not find the leak or tried to sell us from a new roof to new siding - along with trying to work through insurance thinking to get the sale they can get a claim filed.  Chris came out - and the minute he saw the roof said there is no need for a new roof.  There are places of poor workmanship by previous owner when the roof was put on - that clearly opened up issues for leaks.  We are now on the list for the repair work and Chris's professionalism gets him any work we will need in the future.  We went from literally in the $40,000 range of work needed to under $3,000.  Couldn't ask for more honesty, and my faith in humanity is restored because of this....

"Jeremy (owner) spent a considerable amount of his time with us reviewing options related to our home repairs.We had a severe hail storm causing extensive damage to our house. Jeremy worked with our insurance adjuster to secure approval for repairs.I believe that without his knowledge we would not have received the required repairs and quality of replacement materials used on our house.He is very active in the industry attending regular seminars keeping informed with current products and procedures.In addition to in person meetings Jeremy was always available via cell phone. "Interior painting. Not perfect but a good job. Concerned with final product and made trip back out to complete any unsatisfactory areas. They patched damaged walls and nail holes well. Worked with me on pricing and good communication from owner. They cleaned up well each day before leaving. Good advice on paint colors as well.

If you want very punctual with minimal breaks taken throughout time on job.... This may not be the crew for you. I would recommend they do not use tools to scrape paint off baseboards (mistakes) bc there are places where our wood baseboards were actually damaged. Otherwise, they worked together well to get the job completed and made sure I was happy with job.
