"Luis (the technician) was awesome. He arrived within the time window they quoted me. They also send you a tracking link so you know how far away the technician is. Once here, he evaluated my garage door which was making a lot of noice. He determined that 2 of the rollers were bad. After replacing them and the seal at the bottom of the door things were quieter. The door moved smoothly up and down and the seal at the bottom helps keep out the rain. The service was definitely worth the fee."

"Gary was great! First, he called 20 minutes before arriving to le me know he was on the way. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the repair he was going to make and was even able to provide the most likely cause for why the drive gear broke. Gary also fine-tuned the operation of the garage door and gave me some tips for how to make adjustments in the future. Great guy! I even received a follow up call two hours after the repair from the office to ensure the repairs met my expectations, which they did. Overall, hiring Town & Country Door was a great decision. I will definitely hire them again in the future!"
