"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. "Debbie from All Seasons Roofs was very personable and professional in her communication. Despite the overall price being higher than other quotes, I decided to support this local company. There was a mistake during the job in that the wrong skylight was shipped from the supplier and the old skylight was removed before the error was discovered. This necessitated having the old skylight re-installed while the correct one was ordered. I was concerned about damage to the underlying support structure with multiple skylight removals, but it appears that the installation of the correct skylight went without a hitch. It rained quite hard the morning after installation of the new skylight and there were no leaks. Overall, I am pleased with the job done by All Seasons Roofs and would recommend their services."
