"Brad was professional, punctual and personable. Initially I showed him some bricks that were either loose or totally off our front steps to our house. We also needed some repair on a brick walkway set in mortar. Upon his extra thorough inspection of the steps, many more bricks were slightly loose. He gave me many options. He told me that the labor costs would be more extensive to repair all the bricks on the treads and suggested a solid stone tread. He offered options on this product and layout. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it should have always had the stone on the treads. He also pressure washed and sealed the walkway and stoop vastly improving the look. We built our house in 1995 and this was all original."

"After contacting 6 brick and stone repair contractors, only three returned my calls as interested. One came to my home, provided an estimate, then would no longer return my calls. A second reviewed the job and provided an estimate. Intramasonry also reviewed the job and provided an estimate. They included two additional requests ant no additional cost, responded to my phone calls and completed the job ahead of schedule. The were very accommodating to my requests, attentive to detail and made suggestions to improve the results. They kept me abreast of their progress, explained what they were doing and why. "The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.
