"Service went great and roof looks amazing and goes so well with the rest of the house"

"I hired Otto's to replace the old roofing on my home. From the first contact through the entire process they were very professional and went over everything with me. They were very easy to work with and I could call them any time I had a question. They finished my roof in one day and cleaned everything up afterwards. They did a first rate job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work done. Gloria E. - Mattoon, IL"

"Great crew and only took 3 days on our 4500sqft roof, including 2 garages, house and breezeway."

"I hired Shane for a roof replacement on a duplex in the west side of Springfield. He was professional and courteous with excellent communication skills. He kept me informed about the job every step of the way with photo and video documentation. He worked with me when issues arose. He was quick to respond after the job was over with my questions and to check for damage after the storm. His prices were the best too. As a property investor I have worked with many contractors and Shane stands out as one of the best I have ever worked with"

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. We're doing our windows in 2020, and they will be the first company we will call to come out and take a look. The roof looks wonderful!!!! Thank you. We are so happy."

"Professional job. They were able to quickly work my roof into their busy schedule."

"Dan’s crew of six were at my home bright and early this morning, worked steadily, completed my small home in one day, and my roof looks great! Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns. I’m very pleased."

"For roofing, one, he was very quick to response when I sent him an email one evening, contacting him and asking for a follow-up call. He was very professional. They did really an awesome job. He did extra work. I did compare with a couple of people.  He was unbelievably more reasonable one when it comes to price."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Knowledgeable, courteous, quick service. Will call again if roofing is needed."
