"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"This is at least the second time that we have used Barbosa. When Steve showed up on time I recognized him from the first time. Just as before, he was kind and polite. He looked over the situation and started doing his job. (We have a unique situation since our original home is over 100 years old. Part of what needs pumped is near our goat pen, so there was straw mixed in with the "regular" household waste.) He did the best that he could to get out the "regular stuff" and allowed me to spray some water to try to loosen more up. He was pleasant and helpful during all of this time. He even put the doors back down for me and closed up the shed. Also, I need to recognize the office staff too. I had called another service and was playing phone tag with them for three days. After no return call on the fourth day, I looked for another company and tried Barbosa. She answered promptly, found our records from 3 years ago, and got us scheduled within two business days! She reviewed the payment amount, ways to pay and told us the service man's name who would be out. All the time with a cheerful tone in her voice. I have put their number in my phone for Septic and they will be who we call from now on!"

"We hired Brian to address the backed up drain in our basement. He quickly assessed the situation and brought in the machinery needed to clear out the pipes in all directions. While he was snaking the line to the street, the washing machine water line disintegrated. Water was going everywhere! He quickly addressed the situation and instructed me to shut off the water main. He was able to fix the elderly pipe on site, and continue cleaning out the drain. We are so fortunate that he was on site so that he could address the emergency fix on a very elderly pipe.
