"The Pro's team do an incredible job with painting prep. As with any painting job the final results are dependent on the prep work. My painting project included a number of drywall cracks and tape joint opening up which they addressed but they also corrected a large number of other drywall imperfections that I had not noticed especially in the ceilings. I was very impressed with how they spotted and corrected issues using bright handheld lights to spot defects. They also caulked numerous small openings between moulding/trim and the drywall. Another nice approach they used when it came to sanding the drywall wall repairs was the use of ductless power sanders which probably eliminated 99% of dust. Not only did the sanders speed the work but left hardly any dust behind. The team spent the better part of two days just working drywall issues. The team also was very diligent with protecting furniture and flooring with extensive use of canvas tarps for the floors and plastic for furniture and counter spaces. They did a great job cleaning up the areas when completed. Overall I completely satisfied with the incredible job performed by the Pros. The completed painting on walls, ceiling, and trim looks fantastic. On a side note I have to mention that Roy Sealy the owner who did the estimate was very knowledgeable. He initially was the one that pointed out problems in the drywall and other concerns. He responded with a estimate within a day and followed up promptly to my questions. He should up with the team the first day and did a walk through to ensure the guys knew what they needed to work on. Roy also doesn't collect any money until the job is complete and that I'm satisfied with the results. Overall I have to say that I highly recommend the Pros."

"Don was AMAZING. Don and Alex, were very efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. I was moving alone, their help and expertise was immeasurable. I'd requested for a bed to be disassembled at my past address, and reassembled at my current address. The price was fair, so I also asked that they do some other small jobs for me, which he obliged. I didn't have all of the supplies that were needed, and they went to the store for me, acquired the needed products/tools, and completed the add-on jobs. "I asked for a quote, he came out, and I told him I needed it by a certain date for the adjuster. He promised he would get it to us. I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
