"I have used them for years. I pulled out my receipts from a few years ago and had twice as many rugs cleaned for 1/2 the price I just paid. I think they are trying to discourage picking up rugs and returning them - what I did in the past and what I recently did. They tell me they can steam clean a rug on top of a hardwood floor in your house. I was leery of damaging the hardwood. "Two Maids & A Mop performed a deep cleaning of my home on 7/25/2016 and to say they did an outstanding job is an understatement! They called/texted the day before to remind me of my appointment, which was a plus. The cleaning team (Angelique and Naomi) arrived on time and they were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and paid great attention to detail. I had a wax build up on my floors that I have been unable to clean and these two ladies stayed over to ensure the build up was removed. The office manager even called to discuss the build up and make sure I was aware of it (and I was) and let me know they weren't able to get rid of all of the build up (it was a lot) but they made great progress. I was very grateful for the communication. When I returned home, the first thing I inspected were my floors....I didn't see any traces of build up! My floors (hardwood and tile) were like NEW!!! Once I got over the surprise of how good my floors looked, I inspected other things (baseboards, toilets, dusting, etc) and I was BEYOND satisfied with the job. They dusted top to bottom, cleaned baseboards, window sills,ceiling fans, oven, microwave, and the list goes on! All of this was listed on the deep cleaning package but it was the attention to details that really impressed me--organizing the clutter on my nightstand/dresser, cleaning my blender, etc. I felt like I was in a brand new home when they finished.
