They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We did use somebody for painting the house. They are on Angie's List and they are NJ Painting. The painting part, they did well but they were going to replace the door too but they only did that half way. They brought the door and put it in but they didn't finish it or painted it. They never came back. My husband finished it. The painting work was well done, they did a good job but with everything else, I wasn't impressed. They cut a couple of our plants that were out front. They did that before hand and they were important plants to us and we were kind of upset about that. I think the price was probably fair. They didn't come and finish but they lost the money because I didn't pay them for the door work. They never got back."

There were some very difficult windows to replace and Eric's crew took their time to do the job right. At the end of each day the crew would pick up and leave the premises clean.?I was very impressed with the quality of windows Eric represents. The sliding glass doors and windows slide without any effort and all lock properly with no hassle. Eric made sure I was satisfied with the work before asking for final payment.
