"After Justin gave me my estimate he and the crew showed up the very next day. The job was very professional. Being an old houe built in the 60's it was a challenge that Jason and his crew were up for. They meticulously removed all bat insulation, vacuumed all debris, spayed and disinfected the entire attic space, and finally sprayed 5.5" of foam to create the perfect climate controlled zone. Everyone was extremely professional as well as approachable to answer questions. They worked for 18hrs in the small.,tight, hot attic space to ensure the job was completed so we could finish having our HVAC system updated without interpretation. I would recommend the for anything and look forward to doing more business with them soon. I will be replacing my windows and doors and will have Justin come back to tint them, also after raising and leveling the house I will have them spay under the house. You definitely get what you pay. If you're looking for honest hard working people look no further"

"They DESTROYED my home within 2 minutes of being there. They arrived 2 hours late. Broke my window screen, then after being warned about the fire pipes at least 5 times, fell on one and broke it open within 2 minutes of being in the attic. Never even blew any insulation. The guy who did it was sick and the boss told him to go into work anyway. He said he was rushing and that's why he tripped on his own hose. They damaged 3 units total. I've been bouncing around hotels for a month, cleaning up their mess, spending so many hours on fixing this all because they sent a sick worker who wanted to rush through a job. I called them to talk with them and they wouldn't speak to me. They directed me to their insurance who is refusing estimate claims. I will be months out of a home. I suggest you hire anyone else."

We offer free / no obligation Mobile Home and Carport Safety Inspections and free estimates if anything is found to be deficient under the home. Our main focus is to re-anchor mobile homes, relevel when needed and repair vapor barrier if any has been compromised, all under the home. We bring homes up to 15C-1.0104 & satisfy FS 320.8325 Florida codes and issue a certificate of completion once the anchoring job has been completed. This certificate makes the home eligible for reduced homeowners insurance through American Integrity / Pinnacle Insurance Company out of Tampa. My company does not accept any money down, no deposit up front, nor downpayment of any kind. Once the job is complete and the homeowner is happy with the completion and the owner /. crew chief is happy with the completion, then settlement can take place. This company cares, and being the owner, I don't compromise this principle for any reason. Angie's List callers will receive a 10% discount off any service authorized to be completed by the homeowner. Also, Angies List has my company under "Remodeling - Modular & Mobile Home". My company does not complete interior or exterior renovations

FAQs for spray foam insulation projects in Madison, FL

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.

It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.

Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
