"Scott responded very quickly to my call, came out when he said he would, charged me a service fee for the visit that seems lower than other places would. Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like. He fixed it, showed me the source of the leak, and charged a reasonable price for his services. I was VERY satisfied with his work and responsiveness."

"If you enjoy being ripped off, this is your company: TOTAL APPLIANCE SERVICE in Broadview Heights I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher 5 years ago from Home Appliance in Brunswick. My extended warranty expired 4/1/ 26. Within the first year, I already needed a repair. Then, just 68 days before the warranty expired, a technician came out, replaced the wash motor and control board?basically the entire guts of machine. Now, only 88 days after that repair, the exact same issue is happening again. Keep in mind, I don?t even use this dishwasher heavily?maybe twice a week. Despite that, I?m now being told I have to pay another $169 service call plus labor, as if this is a completely new issue. So let?s be clear: Major components replaced Repair didn?t even last 3 months Lost two days of work waiting for service Now expected to pay all over again At this point, it feels like they do just enough to get past the warranty window so they can charge you again. Extremely disappointing experince."

"Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. I then received a call and technicians were en route. Two men arrived and efficiently and professionally addressed my problem in short order. I came to find out at the end of the appointment that one of the gentleman was actually the owner who understood our plight and came out himself as there were no additional available workers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this top notch company."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Winter storm and coldest day of the year, my furnace decides not to work and of course it's on the weekend - house temp 47 degrees! Contact TSP via the emergency line and received an immediate call back. The technician was at my house within 3 hrs and furnaced back up a running within an hour. Only reason for 3-hour turnaround for technician was due to weather and high volume of problems. I also contacted another company "My Guys" and they basically said I was going to need a new furnace, and the repair would be $1450! TSP did the job for half the cost. Only reason it was a bit high was because it was a Sunday (OT). This family-owned company is honest and reliable. Please do not hesitate to contact with any of your heating/cooling issues. Love these guys! "
