"It wasn’t just that the two contractors did a superb job on installing a line from my pool power box to my workshop; it was all the extra service they provided which really made a difference: 1. Helping me find a problem in socket within my kitchen and then follow-up on fixing related “anomalies” from my work on that socket 2. Taking time to trouble shoot garage door opener that had plagued me for weeks. 3. Retuning to replace a breaker that had blown when I incorrectly hooked up wire within my shop. All at no extra charge. Thanks, guys"

"I placed an order for service and long story short my laptop was running like it was new again within hours of placing my order. The technician chatted with me as he remotely worked on my computer. He also established phone contact with me to address concerns I had. I did not have to be present while the cleanup and scanning was occurring, however, I had my laptop open while the service was being rendered."

"Tommy was very efficient at diagnostics and repair. He and his assistant worked quickly, thoroughly, and cleanly. I called him over the holiday weekend and he squeezed us in on Monday to a very full schedule. He kept us informed of the schedule a couple of times in the day. And he was very pleasant when we called to check in too. We were glad he could fit us in. He took the time to clean up and check any other possible problems with the appliance. Great service and the refrigerator and freezer seem to be fine so far. We have a 30 day warranty on the work if there are any hiccups."
