"We were having issues with our garage door - thought we needed a new spring. Precision recommended we replace door and motor. We hired and paid them to replace both. They replaced the door. When we continued to have problems with door not opening/closing fully, Precision sent another worker out to check it and said our motor was very old. We reminded them that they had just replaced our door and motor. They discovered they hadn't replaced the motor. Eventually our motor was replaced. Currently it works the way it should. Concerns - the main problem we asked them to fix - the motor, was not replaced. Our springs took on more strain while the garage door was opened and closed by the old motor they left. Work did not meet expectations - quality or timeliness. Loss of time & loss of access to fully use our garage made for inconveniences. Expensive product. Quality and work did not meet the cost. With our persistence, we got them to eventually fulfill our contract."
