The reason I'm giving a B instead of an A is that the scheduling was a little confusing. For example, the second time I scheduled cleaning, I asked to have the same team that came out the first time. I wasn't picky about days or times as long as I got that team. Since I didn't hear that it wouldn't be possible, I assumed I'd get the same team. But it was a different team. They were nice people and did a good job, but it was inconvenient because my second team had three people while my first team had had two. I had the right denominations of cash to give equal tips to two people, but not to three, so that was very embarrassing.

"It was written up to be chimney and foundation check.  I wasn't home when he arrived, my husband was, and no foundation inspection took place.  He had a couple of good tips, but not very detailed or in depth.

Adam is very reliable and communicates very well regarding arrival time, etc. They did numerous projects around my house including building a frame for a stained glass window, installing lighting fixtures, repairing several windows and screens and fixing the attachments to the shutters on the front of the house.
