"Great work replacing jamb, stop and brick molding around my garage door. Good communication and easy to work with."

"They did phenomenal work in replacing my half fence and the price was fair. Would hire again for next project."

"David, Tekla and their crews are terrific.  They aim to please and always want to know how they've done and how they can improve.  They trained the crew in our home and with our input, which ensured that they came to know just how we like things done and what specific areas are important to us.  They always try to send the same people; when that's not possible, though, they make sure that at least one of the three crew members is someone who is regularly at our house.   The cleaners are friendly and professional.  They are very comfortable with our big, goofy dog.  Only twice has something minor accidentally been broken, and the cleaners left a note both times explaining what had happened and offering to fix or replace the item.  They are accommodating when we need to change from our scheduled day.   While they tend to arrive later than the projected window, we always get a call letting us know that they are behind schedule.   They are a bit pricer than others.  Things that make it worth it for us include the care they take, the fact that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products and bring all their own equipment,  and their absolute trustworthiness.  Satisfaction is guaranteed, and they mean it  ... how could they not be worth a try?!"

"It was written up to be chimney and foundation check.  I wasn't home when he arrived, my husband was, and no foundation inspection took place.  He had a couple of good tips, but not very detailed or in depth.

"I first used Jeff to install a fan in my porch.  I called on a Tues and he was available on a Wed or Thurs evening.  He had me go to Home Depot and buy the fan then came and installed it. It took about an hour and did a good job.  I then had him install some garage shelving.  He wasn't available for about a month but came when we scheduled (at night).  It took about 3 hrs to intall about 5 custom shelves.  He went to Manards before he started and purchased the material and gave me the receipt.  He also installed a couple of ceiling racks for my bikes.  One shelf was not straight and he came back the next week and fixed it with no issues.

"Excellent! I would highly recommend Adam Shirley. Adam and his helper are extremely courteous. Adam is very reliable and communicates very well regarding arrival time, etc. They did numerous projects around my house including building a frame for a stained glass window, installing lighting fixtures, repairing several windows and screens and fixing the attachments to the shutters on the front of the house. Adam is really good at figuring out solutions to make repairs."

"Replaced promptly, was cuties and had great knowledge of what repairs were required.. I enjoyed our chat while he service the door falls and rollers"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
