"Installed my 2 tvs and they were super nice"

"Went well. All repairs were satisfactory. Friendly and very courteous."

"Garth was great! We had a couple of bids for this project and they were in line with everyone else but explained everything better and made us feel more comfortable. They were communicative, were able to start within a week and completed the project in a couple of days. They even made suggestions for upgrades along the way while sticking to the original quoted price. They blended the rooms together seamlessly so you can’t tell there was ever a wall or a bar area there to begin with. Would 100% use again."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

Very Responsible, Paying Attention to minor things. Prefer to solve problems rather than just make temporary fixes. Paying attention to customers and ready to build relationships with them.

"Quick, fast, clean and efficient. Alan and his crew have done work for us before and set up a quick appointment and texted to say they were running a little late. Once they arrived, the work was done quickly and very well. He ran a new electrical line for the TV in a bedroom and moved two others to new locations. Highly knowledgable and skilled. Even set up the new TV and made sure everything was working"

"We are incredibly happy with Carolina Complete Services and the work that they did for us. Jon responded to our quote request within 24 hours and was very professional and approachable. Within days, Alex - his drywall/painter- was at our house looking over the project and giving us a precise quote, and our project was scheduled promptly. Alex was great- knowledgeable, meticulous, and diligent, and Jon kept in close contact throughout to ensure the project went smoothly. The end result exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Carolina Complete Services again in the near future."
