"I’m a happy customer. I needed a deadbolt lock not only installed, but actually cut for my front door. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint.
