"We were gone on vacation when this job was started with the understanding it would be completed when we returned home. Initially there was an issue with a door that was to be used for access which caused them a delay in getting started. Josh was very good about communicating with us about how the job was progressing. When we returned home, we were a little concerned that with the initial problems, it might not be done. Much to our surprise, the flooring job was completed. We did have to call them back to switch places with the washer and dryer and learned that one of his crew made it a point to stay late the night before our arrival to finish with the molding installation. Another issue that Josh took care of was a portion of the washroom floor that needed to be repaired prior to laying the new floor. Overall, judging by the Angi price quotes for similar flooring jobs, given the extra cost for the work on the floor repair, we feel that his quoted price was very fair. We would highly recommend JJ&B Construction for any of your projects."

"John's bid to repair a section of our was very reasonable. He came on time, worked efficiently, did great work and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend him for various types of work he feels he can do."

"John and the crew are exceptional! We continue to use Optimum because they do exactly what they say they will and do it the right way. We received the highest quality paint job at a fair price."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Alex and his crew did a wonderful job of tiling our bathroom floors, removing and replacing a tub in one and tiling both. The work was very well done and the condo kept very clean. We look forward to working with Alex on the second phase of this remodel soon. I would highly recommend Alex!"

"Dan is a "yes" man! He's a pleasure to work with , very positive and accommodating, and does a beautiful job for the right price! Very thorough and has great ideas. For our office complex, we contracted with him to choose and install over 40 windows, perform a complete tear-down and remodel of bathrooms, re-surface concrete walkways and stairs as well as assist with a few smaller projects. He can do it all. He's so willing to help with whatever we asked, even things we didn't contract him for. He's our contractor-of-choice now for all of our future restoration projects. We highly, highly recommend!"

"Look no further! Unified Construction, LLC is a highly professional, dependable and reliable company to use. I had tile and laminate downstairs; which they removed and replaced with luxury vinyl planks. The cement slab needed to be leveled in places and they did a fabulous job. I loved the finished look so much I had them remove the carpeting from the upstairs level (2 bedrooms, closets and hallway) and install the same rustic wood look vinyl floors, complete with new baseboards and quarter round trim. The work is absolutely exceptional! Kevin is fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself every day. I had the best experience with Kevin, he truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Unified Construction, LLC You will not be disappointed!"
