"One of the major concerns, when you move to another State is finding new key service providers. How fortunate are we to have found Sabastian and Appliance Zen. We are truly in an "om" state after using their service. Our oven stopped heating up and Sabastian not only found the problem on the circuit board but was able to repair it. "Nobody" does circuit board-level repairs. My past experience has been that a service provider would just say, "sorry, you have to replace the entire board assembly." At greater expense. But not Appliance Zen. The other issue with the oven was that it was running 25 degrees hotter than the temp we set. That turned out to be an easy adjustment. No repair needed. Lastly, our dishwasher was also acting up - not cleaning all of the dishes on the bottom rack - and Sabastian determined what was wrong, but after checking the prices of replacement parts, factoring in labor and the age of the unit, he recommended against the high cost of repair and to just replace the unit. Beyond the excellent service, Sabastian is just a badass guy to be around. Great conversation and great technical skills. What more can you ask for? Appliance repair provider found. Check that box."

"It took a week to get an appointment for the work I needed, but that has been typical with Xpertech.  (there's a reason - these guys are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable) This is the first time I had work done on my Honda.  The service indicator light came on in the car, so I scheduled to appointment at Xpertech.  Oil change, rotate tire, inspect belts, check/replace air filter, check/ replace transmission fluid.  The ladies in the office were very efficient - asked if I wanted the filter and transmission fluid inspected or replaced.  I wasn't sure so she told me they would call and let me know what they thought.   <br /> They moved my car from up front to their holding lot and when they drove it off I noticed that the right brake light was out - but I didn't say anything to them.   <br />   <br /> They called within a short time to tell me that the air filter looked like it needed to be replaced and that the transmission fluid was OK, but would probably need to be replaced next service time.  I told them to go ahead and do it now.  They said they also checked my brakes and that they were OK now but would need replacing in 3000-4000 miles. <br /> When I picked the car up, Kevin was in the main area and just casually mentioned that they noticed that my right brake light was out so they replaced it - no extra charge. <br /> Xpertech is an honest, fair-price shop.  While this was my first service on my Honda, they have done work on my 1999 Toyota Sienna van on several occasions - it has 279,000 miles on it - I wouldn't take either of my vehicles anywhere else. <br />"
