"The company Affinity was wonderful. This is the second time we have had the Navien tankless hot water heater repaired. The first time it caused massive damage to the bedroom below. "I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself.
