"I needed to have a mold issue addressed in my condo which had developed due to a leak in the roof. I contacted Aerotek Environmental having received their contact details from Angi Ads. From my first contact with Brandon of Aerotek Environmental he was the most helpful of all that I had spoken to about my issue. In addition to giving a reasonable cost estimate, Brandon took the time to carefully explain the step by step remediation process that his company would provide which included digital photos before, during and on completion of work. Having decided to use Aerotech the process ran very smoothly from setting the schedule date through the actual work and payment for services. Communication with Brandon was excellent - If I called or sent a text Brandon would either promptly answer or respond in a very short time. On the scheduled day, Felix Castro (job foreman) and his team arrived on time. Felix explained in detail exactly what he and his team would be doing. On completion of the work, Felix ensured that all debris was removed and provided full details as to what had been done and what he and his team found to be the most likely area of the leak. I am very satisfied with the entire process of working with Brandon who along with Felix and his team provided excellent customer service and would not hesitate to call in again should the need arise. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."
