"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "We were disappointed by the roofers being late more than once to work on our roof (without calling or letting us know). They also had poor communication. They told us we needed fascia boards replaced on the roof due to rotting wood, proceeded to do everything except replace the fascia boards, and then never let us know about the change in plans. This left us thinking they did an incomplete project. They did however pick up every time we called, but never initiated communication. We are also happy with how our roof was repaired, just not happy with the communication or punctuality"

"Remodeled Dining room and addition including removing two large windows in addition, framing in holes and installing new siding. Removed closet out of Dining room. Put drywall over brick face in addition.I supplied stained trim but door and doorway to addition stained by New Leaf. Did great job picking out wood and staining doorway. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. It looks great and I am happy with the results. The job was done in a timely manner which helped out a lot . The crew did a great job. Thanks Mary"
