"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"I now have the most beautiful kitchen floor ever! It was a great project. Very well done. Excellently installed. And the customer service was way above any other customer service Iâ ve experienced. Read on for the details. This was my first experience with Flooring International Cincinnati. From the very first meeting I could tell that Katie's attention to detail would be quite an asset to my project. My home is 140 years old and is located in a flood zone. It's been through many floods the last big one being in 1997. It was well past time to replace the kitchen flooring. Being the middle of the pandemic I wasnâ t sure anyone would want to take on our job but Katie and Colin, both wearing masks, assured me that they could do the job with upmost safety. Katie immediately realized that our situation was odd. The very uneven floor would require special care. l wanted the vinyl click lock planks but Katie knew that the glue down vinyl planks would be a better solution if installed over new ¼â underlayment. They brought several samples and I found one that would work. The contract was signed and the product ordered but Covid-19 had been wreaking havoc with supply chains for months and several weeks later Katie learned that the color I wanted was no longer available. Katie and Colin searched through additional manufacturers for a replacement and brought me several mores samples to choose from the very next day. Interestingly, among these samples was a color that was absolutely perfect and much better than the original I chose. Sometimes setbacks allow for better outcomes. The work was scheduled in mid-November 2020. The installers arrived 7:30 am and didnâ t leave till 7:30 pm. Their attention to detail was superior. It was beautifully installed. Since it was being installed during the pandemic and because it was glue down installation I kept doors and windows open to allow for plenty of air flow. The glue had very little odor. All the installers wore masks at all times as they worked on our floor. They were very respectful and answered all my questions throughout the day with no hesitation. I have the most beautiful kitchen floor ever! So pleased that I hired Flooring International Cincinnati. Will definitely hire them again."

"Sam takes the prize in my book for his knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work at a fair price. He did what he said he would do when he said he would and for how much. Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job.
