"In 2023 hired Joe to install a new liner in my in ground pool. The coping in one corner was broken and it was addressed that it may need to be fixed. Once the liner was installed within days noticed that the liner was pulling out of the coping not just in the corner were it was broken but other places to. It's important to note that the previous liner with the exact same coping did not pull out even on the corner where it was broken it would start to pop out the seal but could easily be pushed back into place. Never did the liner ever come completely out of the coping and be pulled away from back of the pool completely. I have tried to get them since 2023 to come fix it. One time came out said ordered a piece and would be back to repair that's the last time I saw Joe or could get a return call. My grandma who paid Joe has left countless messages for Joe to call back to resolve this it's going to be the 2nd summer and it is getting worse. "

"I used this company a couple of times when our heating or a/c went out as they were who the original owners had used. They replaced an a/c unit for us when the old one died, but I later found out when it needed a major repair that a) the unit was not under warranty as the installer hadn't sent in the paperwork for it, but that it had been installed incorrectly, was not up to code, and the coolant had not been added properly, causing us to need an expensive repair only a couple of years later that should have been covered by a warranty, but that we had to pay for out of pocket. Something about the exchange just gave me a bad feeling, so I called for a second opinion. It turned out that the issue he had "found" was fine, and that the real problem was a loose screw that was allowing air into the unit. In two minutes a new screw was screwed in and our problem was fixed for $80. We also discovered that previous work that had been done was again no to code/not done properly and had to be fixed. I would not call this person again. We have had far more success with other businesses, and I feel confident that they are doing the job right."
