"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

Javier was very thorough with the project quote and advisement of the project, and what would be taking place. His crew were always on time and very clean in their work. I don't blame Hurricane Windows and Doors as Javier did advised there would be at least a 12 week lead time for the order, so he even buffered in an additional 4 weeks (16 in total) to cushion expectations, which I agreed to. However ES Windows I believe is taking a little bit of advantage on current supply chain excuses to take care of bigger commercial projects first. So be aware this may be an issue for your project. Again I place no blame on Hurricane Windows & Doors, but did want to mention the frustration. So in summary I would definitely recommend Javier and his company for your Hurricane windows projects as they are clean, professional, and do great work."

"Told the persons on arrival there were 2 areas of leaks.
 Had I been more astute, would have have roofer company come and inspect for free in providing an estimate to resolve leaks.  Although both found and provided the same areas to fix as well as future potential areas to resolve, both were prompt in returning calls and emails, both were professional, prompt, this company was much higher priced, so did not use them aside from the cost of the inspection.  The inspection and estimate by the other company, whom I was very pleased with, were included in the much lower-priced repairs with complete satisfaction.
