Get matched with top chimney cap installers and replacers in Malden, MA

"It was very good. Everything was fine. They recommended a chimney cap and left me an estimate to do that. Almost all the companies that I have used to clean the chimney have recommended a chimney cap, so they were spot on with that. It took them less than an hour to complete the job. It seems like a reliable company, and I would use them again. The price was average. They were very responsive, and they were very professional."

"Everything went well. No issues. Vinnie who came the first day for the cleaning was great. It was recommended "several years ago" due to some minor tile damage that we get a liner installed but we never did. So this time around we decided to get one. No sales pressure at all or any other comments pressuring us to get one, but I felt it was time. Vinnie also came by with another worker to install the liner, took about 2.5 hours. Overall, a very positive experience. I did rate the price a "B" because I though it was a bit high but maybe that is the going rate. I did not shop around since there are only so many chimney companies out there and we had used Master Chimney Sweepers in the past. $558 for cleaning and $3240 for liner."

"Worked to the estimate provided and completed work timely. Appreciated the explanations provided during the work."

"These guys cared! through any obstacle that occurred a solution was quickly found to satisfy all!! Clean neat and respectful must be the motto of 5 Star. I highly recommend Jeff and his guy Sean. I had a chimney liner installed in my older home and they took care to leave it better than they found it. Some pointing was done as well at the top of the chimney that needed fix. I now look up with pride once again knowing the guys set me up for the next season change !"

"Michael was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do for the chimney of our 1915 built house. His inspection showed that we did not need to have the chimney swept and did not need a new liner. His service in fabricating the cap and installing it was excellent. I would recommend him to others."

"Service was excellent and Rich was flexible.  Work was done thoroughly and neat."

"Adail came by for an estimate, I had just purchased the home and was hoping to get away with just some patching on missing and broken shingles but no such luck. Deep down I knew the roof needed to be replaced anyway.
Job was new roof with repairs to boards as needed, trim, vents, soffits etc.
Adail has got the be the friendliest and most meticulous contractor I have worked with. Up front about everything and extremely responsive to any inquiry he went out of his way to make sure the job got done exactly as we contracted it. Every detail was accounted for and the end result looks *amazing*.
The job was scheduled a month out and started right when he said it would. It was quoted for 5 days to complete but Adail's crew of 4 guys banged it out in 3 days for the exact amount we agreed upon. no extra charges.
O and another thing is they completely cleaned the jobsite every night, made it a lot easier with the neighbors as we needed their driveway access for one side of the house.
I dont want to leave out the crew here, these guys were the best, courteous and totally professional. They seem to really know how to fix a roof and make a client happy.
In my opinion Adail and his crew are the guys you want to talk to if you need your roof done right.

"The person who came to do the job was very friendly and talkative. The chimney was really bad and potentially dangerous and he did a great job of cleaning it and the work around him. It looks almost like new again."

"Despite being a small job, Patrick called almost immediately. He quickly went out to my property and assessed the problem. He gave me a quote. The Shamrock Roofing employee was prompt and professional. The problem was fixed on time and at the price quoted. These days it is rare to find a company so responsive."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail! They came right out to address chimney problems Jamie and Rob were excellent from start to finish. They explained everything they found, compete with pictures, and what needed to be done to resolve the many issues they identified They worked all day and did much more than we ever expected They readily shared their knowledge and expertise and it is clear these guys know their stuff. If you have chimney issues of any kind look no further than Certified Chimney Inspectors . This company and these men are outstanding! A+++"
