"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."

"Charles and his crew had to deal with a string of rainy days in the middle of the job, AND the impending Safer At Home lockdown. Other companies might have made excuses or cut corners. Not CRS. The guys did a terrific job, listening to our input and checking to make sure we were satisfied with each stage. Our house was not an easy one to paint dormer windows on a steep roofline, lots of plantings near the house, etc. but they went the extra mile to make sure every detail was to our liking. They had as little impact on us during painting as possible, cleaned up after themselves afterward, and left us with a beautifully painted home for a very fair price.
