"<strong>  I called for an estimate and they gave me a 2 hour time frame.  The technician was polite and professional but was 20 minutes late. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine.
