"Derek fixed my folding laundry room doors.. I thought that they were literally gone. I was prepared to throw them away and buy new ones. "Nope, I can fix this." Derek said. And he did. They work better now than when I initially bought them. Derek is friendly, smart and very knowledgeable. I could not imagine how he was going to fix my plantation shutters. "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. "Gary repaired a door frame that my large dog sank her large teeth into -- repeatedly, with vigor. Our house is older, so it took some work to match it with the existing woodworking. Gary did a fantastic job. He also took care of two other smaller things that needed repair. He charges by the hour and was able to give me an estimate of how long it would take, which ended up being right on. We will definitely use him again."
