"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Yes, I would use Charlie's Handyman service again! I needed some sheetrock repaired, painting, plumbing, and vinyl flooring installed, and Carlos was excellent in all these repairs."

"Comment: They helped by replacing my roof as well as installing gutters, fixing broken windows, repairing carpentry, and painting. They also helped me process my insurance claims. They're very knowledgeable; they made sure my insurance company compensated me for all the current Dallas city building codes. Jess is a very good communicator and made sure the crews cleaned up very well."

"It was a great experience. Our cost was 10,500.00. The TSI crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They completely stripped the bathroom down to the studs and concrete floor. They redid the Sheetrock, flooring, installed a new vanity and cabinets installed a new window and redid the shower for me. Once they had everything stripped out they found a few bad wires and even fixed that for me while they had the walls open. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did and the whole crew was polite and friendly. Very professional!"

"P.L.C. did a fantastic job on my garage door at a great price!Super friendly too!"
