"We are very happy with the work. Arthur was trustworthy and cared a lot about the quality of the work, ensuring that his own workers and the subcontractors completed things properly. We were able to talk openly about costs whenever changes were necessary, and we finished the project on budget. We enjoyed working with him and his crew, and we felt comfortable having his workers as part of our household for the seven months it took to complete the project. Most of his subcontractors were equally conscientious and helpful (there was one exception, and Arthur addressed it quickly when we brought it up). "Dennis and his team installed a new beautiful bathroom from scratch. They had to build the room, install new plumbing, attach to the HVAC, frame and install the door, tile, paint, install all the fixtures, sink, toilet, handicap bars, and build outside stairs They did an excellent job. All their work was great, Dennis was always here when he said he would be and called back promptly when I had questions. His team was very nice and neat. I am very happy I chose Dennis for the job. I would use him again for any future work."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
