Everything was done with the utmost attention to detail. Arthur and his crew are extremely hard-working. Despite weather delays, I felt the job was still done much quicker than expected. When a constructor tells you 2-3 weeks, you always double that. However, there is no doubt that if it didn't rain almost everyday in April and early May that they would have finished this very large project on time. Not only was the work perfect, but I felt Arthur's price was very reasonable. He stuck to the contract and never charged me a cent more than what was owed to him. He is the first constructor I have ever hired that I would hire again without hesitation and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking similar work. I cannot thank Arthur and his crew enough for their hard-work, attention to detail, professionalism, and overall excellent job.
