"Getting scheduled was a little difficult but I can't deduct any stars for that. Clearly Moses Electric is busy because they do quality work and the communication on getting scheduled was fantastic. I had them do four different things; they gave me a fair price and did it quickly and cleanly. They cleaned up after themselves -- no pieces of copper or wire jacketing laying around for the dog to find. I couldn't be happier."

"I rarely / never take the time to write reviews, but I consider it an honor in this case. Malvern did some electrical work at my house that ended up being not much in the way of "work" at all. In fact, he talked me OUT of having any actual work done by showing me simple fixes to problems that have been plaguing me for quite some time. Frequent trips on dining room circuit were due to too many incandescent bulbs. Flickering lights in another chandelier were due to a loose connection. A "rewiring" problem was fixed by simply plugging something into a different (less vulnerable/loaded) outlet. There were some other things he showed me as well, but the approach was the same: incredible troubleshooting to find the lowest/no-cost solution. Malvern did all this without making me feel like an idiot, which would have been appropriate given that "user error" was the closest thing to a common denominator across these varied issues. "For the installation of the outdoor electrical receptacle the work was completed perfectly.
For the repair on the non-working outdoor light fixture, I thought it was due to a faulty motion detector.  I had already purchased a replacement but was leery of performing the work myself.  The technician replaced the motion detector but the light still did not work.  I recently discovered the issue was a loose wire at the switch.
