Mr. Charles was extremely prompt and courteous in his communications and it did not take long to get an appointment. When he arrived, his manner and work were very professional. He diagnosed that we needed to replace the control board. We discussed the cost and new vs. refurbished parts. He left me with a quote and knowing that the price was a factor, he even did further research on finding the best price on the parts. In the end, we have decided to abandon the washer repair and get a new one, but I would definitely call Mr. Charles again for other problems."

"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. "Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. "We needed our water heater replaced. It was somewhat complicated because we wanted to upgrade the tank in size, but we had limited room for it. There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. "I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
