"I waited a few months to write this review as I wanted to wait for a large rain storm before writing my review. The last three days have been very rainy, so I am writing my review today. I connected with Stop Leak in September of 2018 about the major flooding in my basement. They came out that same week to look at what had occurred, and what needed to be done for them to properly assess. I then got to work demoing our basement, as it needed to be done in order to prevent mold and properly waterproof. They stopped by multiple times during demo and when it got to a point where they could see what was happening they provided a list of things that could be done to reduce the water issues. By no means was this an inexpensive process, but it was all very necessary. The provided a list of five different things (movement of sump pumps, installation of additional sump pump, exterior water proofing, removal of concrete floor, and installation of a water guidance system) and knowing that we wanted the basement to be livable space we opted to have all of it done. Within a month of signing our contract they were on the job. Their team was very respectful of working in our house while my wife works from home, seemed to enjoy the company they worked for and did a great job. They even went through the trouble of hand smoothing the concrete when it was poured as they knew we wanted to keep it exposed. Their one follow up item was that when the the weather warmed up they were going to come back and smooth the yard and lay down grass seed where they had backed onto the front lawn. Within a week of the weather turning they did just that! Now, with all of the rain we have had this past week I am happy to report that all designs they put in are working perfectly. Our basement is very dry, and finally properly usable. Again, this was a huge job and not cheap to do but if I ever hear of someone having water issues I will highly recommend them. Oh, and they helped coordinate with a great plumber to have our proper lines run in between floor removal and concrete pouring. Great experience overall!"

"We couldn't be happier with this job. The person who gave us an estimate was very professional and thorough. He examined all parts of the problem and then explained exactly what he thought needed to be done. (He also happily answered questions and encouraged us to get other estimates to compare.) The work was easy to schedule and was completed in less than 2 days. The crew was polite, clean, and efficient. (Not an easy task considering that they had to remove a lot of concrete, fill trenches with gravel, and then carefully cover the trenches with new concrete.) The company arranged for all of the proper permitting with county officials, and explained what I needed to know about maintenance for our new sump pump."

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"Had a 5 foot long crack in my poured-concrete basement wall. It was not leaking, but I wanted to have it sealed regardless. Alek came on a Saturday, gave me his estimate, and then repaired the wall. He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

"Victor Bernard and their team took on a complex double bathroom renovation project in a 100 year old row home and did excellent work addressing the many unexpected challenges as we proceeded with demo, including rebuilding floor joists inappropriately damaged from a past renovation. While this of course made for a much longer project than planned, the quality of work was excellent and we love our new bathrooms."

"We moved into a new home in the Spring of 2018 that needed new flooring throughout. We visited Ultimate Flooring Design Center a couple of times and worked with Dave. We decided on carpet upstairs and in the basement, and LVT throughout the main level. We also needed our banister's sanded/stained to match new flooring. We were very worried about cost since we just bought a new house, but Dave worked with our budget and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The job took a couple of weeks to complete being the project was huge (5000 sq/ft house). A couple of small issues arose (a damaged tile from COREtec, doors not shutting properly because of high carpet, etc), and Dave and his team fixed everything quickly and with obviously no extra cost. Dave also came out for a final walk-through to make sure everything was satisfactory to our needs. Dave and his company were a pleasure to work with and I've already recommended them to everyone I know needing flooring! Super efficient, professional, and talented."
