"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. "We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben.
