"They came out next day and was Able to start right away putting in 1-way doors so bats could get but couldn't get back in.. Which was very helpful as a bat had gotten into the house. They are coming back in 2 wks to seal up chimney and I'll be Able to tell more then if no more problems with bats."

"Paul was very professional , quick to take care of the problem. the squirrell had invaded our undereave and was making its way into our newly renovated attic. He installed one way doors, Humanely caught ,removed the squirrel from the premises. He located, removed the squirrels nest with only minor damage. he secured possible entries for future invaders. What i didn't like was that we agreed he would trim the tree to help prevent future pests, but the trimming reallly was unnecesary and I did not see it as helpful. Also, the customer is responsible for cutting up and removing all debris wihch should be included."

"Chimney Chap did an excellent job replacing the termination cap on my Vermont Castings gas stove at a reasonable cost. The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. I will surely contact Chimney Chap, Inc. in the future if I experience any problems with my gas stove."

Mr. Ryan also perfomed a similar service in 10/04/2014 for another residence I own.  No evidence of any entry of rodents since that date.  He also returned on November 4, 2015 to examine the exterior periment and noted that there was no rodent activity found.  The current occupants have not found any evidence of mice/rodents within the interior since the initial service on this property was performed in 2014.

"I learned that the flues did not need cleaning, but that there was about 4 feet of flue lining that was missing from the top of the chimney--there are ceramic tiles in there and for whatever reason, 4 ft were missing from the top. They replaced this with a liquid/concrete/solidifying material to seal/line the flues"

"My experience with Aaron's chimney service was excellent all around. I contacted them in Nov./Dec. - their busiest season, and I still got a call back within 24-48hrs, and they came out within a week to inspect our chimney flues. The price for inspection is $99, which they said would be waived if any of the flues needed cleaning. Only one flue needed cleaning, so I was charged $150 total for all three flue inspections and one flue cleaning. They were very upfront about price, and followed through with what they said. The two men that came out were very professional, they were very careful with all our things and they were careful to cover up the carpeting around the fireplace before cleaning.
