He came for our walk through and told him things that had to be fixed and he was mad about them. They painted all over my recessed lights and didn't even tape. He then wouldn't return my calls or texts. He also wanted 75% up front before he did a thing and of course cash! Sorry but I am not paying for your employees...use your own money for that. Stay away from them and get a real painter who is their for their customers and especially REPEAT customers!!"

"The job went well and the sod came out looking beautiful, but dealing with the owner and people int he office at this company were HORRIBLE! They were extremely unresponsive and unreliable (cancelled certain days, didn't show up when they said they would, and they even billed us for something that they didn't do!!). The owner was SO RUDE to me, to the point where I wish that I could post a screen shot of an email that he sent to me after I emailed him to voice a concern over something we asked him to do that was not done correctly. He replied back to me, verbatim: " Wow, you really know how to go on and on and on about nothing..." -- and he was NOT trying to be funny. We did not have that kind of rapport, because he was always very rude to me, when I even got a hold of him, which was difficult. I have no idea how these guys got the good reviews they have, because I don't ask for much and I don't complain to people I hire, I'm actually that person that usually gets walked over and just pays for sub-par work and lets it go, because what else am I going to do? Done is done...But also, getting back to the part where they charged us for poison ivy removal that they DID NOT do. He claimed the crews came on a specific date, which was a Thursday, and I happen to work from home 100% of the time, so I am at home ALL day and also have two dogs that bark at everything, and I can assure you that no one came that day, or any other day, to remove the poison ivy, as it was visibly still there after he sent me the invoice for the removal of it in a sum of close to $200. Of course I disputed this invoice and he argued that it was done, but I just never paid it...I'm not an idiot. And that being said, is why I would never hire them again, and if you want to be smart and hire ethical, polite lawn care and yard services people, you'll look elsewhere, because I've never been treated so horribly. We were originally going to use them to do our periodical yard work and applications to the lawn and weeds, but after dealing with them for this sod job, we cancelled all of that, of course. I could go into more detail about how he tried to blame his company's failures on "miscommunication that was my husband's fault" but then again, I don't want to "go on and on and on about nothing" -- LOL. BEWARE OF PARADIGM!"
