It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

The big boys are insanely overpriced; they act like they are selling you a Lamborghini. With the small guys, I worry about the 24/7 service. Universe hit the sweet spot. Their rep John is a seasoned professional with no BS. He clearly explained my options, the process, service plan, etc. I went with Universe and scheduled the installation. Brian and his two guys showed up on time and explained the day. They were extremely courteous, professional and clean. They installed all new thermostats, checked every radiator and gave me a brief laymans overview of the new unit. I highly recommend Universe. They do the work as promised. No surprises. No drama."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
