"I scheduled and initial appointment and they were very busy and it was a few days away.  I asked if something would open up if they could call and come earlier, please do.   Well, they did, and ended up coming that day.  It was great.   The locksmith who showed up was very professional and a nice guy.    He went out of his way to make sure every lock or door he worked on was in good working order.  Even if I did not point out a problem.    One of the doors had an issue he did not have a part for, so he came back a few days later to fix the problem and did not charge for the visit, just the part.   I am very pleased.   So much so, I went to their store to get extra keys made, just to support their business.     I would use them again in a heart beat.  <br />   <br />"

"Jeff from A Better Door and Window arrived on time, explained what he'd be doing and approximately how long it would take. He went to work immediately and didn't stop until the new Liftmaster opener was installed. Despite below zero temperatures, he got the opener installed and did not short cut his explanation at the end of installation. He thoroughly explained how everything works and how we should maintain our opener, door springs and hinges. He provided our instruction book and also explained that the instructions were also on the unit itself. The opener seems to be working perfectly. Really terrific experience. "Could not be happier. Love the way Tony took the time to explain how our wiring worked and how to use our remotes more efficiently. He also suggested an inexpensive way for me to light up the inside of my garage vs him re-wiring. He will be back to install a door bell that hasn't been working for years even though we've had 2 "handymen" try to do it in the last. We finally have up until Tony said he could do it. "We have a mortise lock on our antique front doors and it is very tricky to install. I had the lock set (from Balwin) removed and re- plated changing it from brass to nickel. I thought I could re install it myself but couldn't. I call Suburban Lock because I used them before and was very happy. They came out in two hours after my call because they were close and I think they thought it would be a quick job. As I said, the lock is tricky and it took the installer about 3 hours to get it all working right. He did not give up even though it was now dark and well past his dinner time. He finished and charged for only the time it should have taken him. I don't plan on ever taking the lock off again. <br />"
