"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"Matthew and Xzavier were great ! They knew what the problem was immediately and was able to fix the issue in no time. I would definitely recommend and use their services again if needed , in the future !!"

"Russ, the owner, diagnosed the problem, and discussed the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing (22 year old machine), and cautioned against the expense of repairing. He promptly called the next day with the cost of parts and recommended against repairing. Russ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and his price was very fair. A big contrast with my very bad experiences with other appliance repair people,"

"There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"Excellent work. They scraped and painted our front steps, basement steps and railings. They “thorosealed” all the ledges on our house and replaced the shingle on the garage door roof extension. Joe stained our two front doors and they look brand new. Everything was well done and looks great. They were punctual and very professional. We have used Joe’s company before and would definitely hire them again"

"Andrea and team are the best. This is the second time they did tile work for us. Removing an old backsplash in the kitchen and replacing with new. Took less than 2 days. Their cleanup after each day was impeccable."

"Wonderful. David and his wife Margaret run the business - they were both very professional and friendly on the phone. Their son Frank fixed my leaking steam pipe - great guy - friendly, got the job done relatively quickly, and left the work area super clean. Their rates were very reasonable compared to other plumbers. I strongly recommend DNA and would absolutely use them again. Thanks so much, David, Margaret and Frank!!"

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"I highly recommend Aqua Pro. They responded quickly to my request on Angi and were able to come and assess the issue. After determining what was needed for the repair, they got what was needed and made the necessary repairs. All the while they were very clear about what was wrong and explaining how they would fix it. I would recommend them to anyone having issues with plumbing problems."
