His design was creative and we were able to get the necessary components – cabinets, quartz counter-top, appliances, etc. – at reduced prices. The workmanship was excellent. The plumber and electrician that Dave used were also top-notch. My fuse box was upgraded to circuit breakers and, as a side job, my bathroom sink was replaced with one I could actually use. The work was completed quickly as promised with the only delay being caused by the wait for delivery of my stove and microwave. I strongly recommend Dave if you want a beautiful remodel done quickly at a reasonable cost."

"Andy Q and his crew were absolutely flawless in planning, execution and finishing up the smallest details in this complex project. He and his crew were artisans, making my small bathroom look like a million bucks! They went above and beyond what he had agreed to do and his workman were the hardest working I've ever seen. The original demolition was to take 2 days and took 1 day with the second day for hauling everything from this ancient bath with layers of tiles and floors. His bid was the lowest of Manhattan contractors, including Lowes, who was dying to offer free financing, but with no practical advice. Andy knew what I could realistically do and what was just not possible in my tiny bathroom. One contractor wanted $15K just for demolition of my 30 square foot bathroom! Even before we began and all during the project, if I texted Andy, he would call within minutes and was always available to help with advice and reassurance. The Maintenance Company representatives for my co-op, on the other hand, were horrible, with unreasonable delays in approving my project, which delayed our starting time considerably. But that is over since my bath is 95% finished !! The new custom shower doors from Paradise Glass will be installed Wednesday and I will follow up with another review. THANK YOU ANDY!!!! "There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing this team is. Mateo, Jose and his team are just wonderful, we were sooo lucky to have found them!! We hired them to gut renovate our new home. Firstly, they price fairly and they do try to work out an honest and fair contract by working within our budget. Secondly, we gave them a check list of renovations we wanted and they fulfilled each and every single one of them to the end. They really take the time to do a high quality job the right way, for example, we needed new kitchen floors, so they first removed all the old flooring and then setup and leveled the subfloor to install the new tiles correctly. Any job they do, they do it the right way, without shortcuts! The result was beautiful and strong new floors that will last a really long time. Also their attention to detail is so great, if they cut a tile, they make sure it is straight and has no faults, if they are covering gaps then they will cover it all without missing one spot. Their work is so organized, and careful and neat. They are also very punctual, they always show up on time and leave on time without missing a day. Their communication is superb, anytime time I contacted them I always recieved a reply with a solution to our problem. They are also great at offering recommendations and advise, like picking out a tub or choosing a shower system. Also they have connections to kitchen cabinet or flooring services if needed. Overall me and my family couldn’t be any happier to have found these guys, they made our look truly sooo beautiful. They are truly amazing and wonderful and sooo helpful, we completely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation!!!"

We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"
