We changed our orders a bit after they started because this shower was for an elderly person and they graciously accommodated us. by making the change at no additional charge to us. They spent more time outside of the installation just finding special items we wanted so everything matched our shower install. They are very nice people to work with! And extremely accommodating. One being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs/employees would arrive and ask me what they needed to do. There were non-stop errors, low quality work, and avoidable damage created in other areas of our home. Many (not all) of his subs/employees were careless and not experienced enough to be called professional home remodelers. Ken told me he knew his crew and worked with them for many years, yet, a newer team member of his initiated a highly aggressive fight in my home with another employee, where expletives were being shouted between them and in front of me and my small child. They were later captured on my Ring camera laughing about us being scared. Ken did not care when we called to discuss it. Most unprofessional and disappointing contractor we have ever used in 10 years of being homeowners. "
