"Had to get water softner replaced. The company seemed a bit pricey but the work was done quickly and done right the first time. Would recommend this business."

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. I decided that long term, it was best to go with a company that would give me long-term support. Thanks again, Ben Franklin team. Darrell"

"The sales part was a bit catchy. I was originally quoted a much higher rate, but after sharing a similar product and installation at a lower price, the gentleman from Summers called back and offer us a price with in $100 of the other quote and quicker service.
Installation was okay. The installers did not check to ensure the floor drain in our basement worked (it didn't) and created a large puddle in the basement, since our basement is not finished, it was not a big deal, but a little messy. A few hours after installation I turned on our bathroom sink and heard a loud "pop" from the basement. One of the welds on the piping had burst. Fortunately, my husband was able to turn off the water, to keep from flooding the basement. It took them a few hours before they were available to come out and fix the problem.

"They sent a great plumber out right away. We were impressed with his persistence to do a thorough job. At the end we changed course and decided on a hybrid electric unit requiring rerouting the water lines. A lesser job but an important one."

"We had been in our new home about a week and with the strong rains our septic system was flooded. We were new in the area and did not have Angie's list at the time. We called this company to see if we could get the tank pumped out and get an inspection done on the system since we had no idea what condition it was really in. When I placed the call I was told they would pump the tank out for $250 and do the inspection for another $250. I asked what was included in the inspection when they came out. I was told that the field would be located and that the distribution tank would be opened to make sure all of the fingers were working properly. If one or two of them were not working properly it would cut down substantially on the absorption rate. When the men arrived they were very courteous and worked extremely fast in locating and probing the septic field and pumping out the tank. They said the tank was in good shape and from the runback that it sounded okay. It didn't occur to me immediatly that the distribution tank was not opened to get a better idea of the condition of the fingers. I even purchased some of their chemical to keep it operating properly. I called back several days later and asked why this was not done. I was told that when they probed the field, if no water came to the surface, that there was no need to open the distribution tank. The 15 minutes and $250 for probing the ground really did not give me any more insight to the condition of the system than I had before. I felt that the money was not well spent since they did not do what they had promised to give me some assurance that everything was working properly."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved."
