I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. "Terrible. My elderly mother called because she needed a drain installed in her front yard so she could have a driveway installed. When they got there they said they could do the drain and they could also put in the driveway. They said they could put in crushed concrete that will harden over time. She hired them. They came and spread pea gravel over the yard. Grass was still there growing through the gravel. She called and they came back and dug a little deeper and spread more gravel and told her it would harden. She has not been happy with it since and has been calling but they will not return her call. Now she is stuck in her home because they cannot plow her driveway. They will just plow up the gravel. It did not harden and will never harden they lied and took advantage of my elderly parents. My mom is my dad's caregiver, he has Alzheimer's so she has a lot on her plate and they took advantage of her. I live 4 hours away so I could not be there when they came."
