"The salesperson was friendly and professional. He provided lots of information and options. I later learned he was one of the owners. The first day of installation went great. The living rooom carpet was installed in about 4 hours. The following Thursday I was supposed to have carpet installed in 2 bedrooms. The Installer arrived on time and got the carpet installed in the master bedroom. He then told me he was ill and needed to go home. I understand that this can happen and told him it was fine for him to go home. He said he'd return on Friday or Saturday to complete the work. Again, I told him this was fine and that if he didn't feel better, he could wait until Monday. My problem is that he didn't call or show up on Friday. In the afternoon, I called the store and spoke with a salesperson since no one had reached out to me. She didn't know what was going on but said she'd find out and call me back. Got a return call saying she wasn't able to reach him. She said that the earliest she could guarantee the work would be completed was a week later. That meant that 2 beds, multiple dressers, night stands, and clothing would be in our dining room for another 6 days! She said she left him a message to call me and hopefully he'd feel well enough to complete the work earlier than the following Thursday. Long story short, he showed up unannounced on Monday morning. I was still in nightgown since I wasn't expecting him. The work he did was excellent and he was very friendly. I just think the company needs to improve the communication and responsiveness to customers. The installer explained that he didn't call me because he'd left all his paperwork at my house. I understand that, but someone from the store should have called me on Saturday or early Monday morning to let me know the installer would be back Monday morning. The store had all my contact information even though the installer didn't have his paperwork."

"needed to have our main bathroom remodeled due to age. was a 1980's bathroom. wanted a one stop shop company that could do it in about a week and take care of everything. Had seen Rebath commercial on TV. Did research on the internet. Called our local rebath to see if they came out this far in the state. was pleased that they did. scheduled an appointment with the design consultant. Justin showed up on time. was very professional. Was able to pick out all the fixtures, flooring, shower, and stool. Justin listened to what we wanted to do and helped us pick out colors of flooring, wall boards, and counter top. about 6 weeks after talking to Justin Rebath called and all of the products for a remodel were in and scheduled a time for the installation. Jay showed up at the time that we were told he was. He was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Jay did cover the carpet so he would not track dirt and sew dust through our house. Also cleaned up every night before he left so our house cats would not get in the mess. Was pleased that a complete bath remodel only took 4 days. Rebath also hauled away the old shower tub combo, vanity, stool and other items. Jay did fine several problems with our original bathroom. Like no wax seal on the stool, a water line that was not soldered together and a drain line that was not glued together. The best part was that these items did not cause us any problems, they could have made big and expense problems. Now we a really enjoying our new bathroom. Nice to know that the plumbing is done right. If we ever need to redo another bathroom we will be calling Nebraska Rebath again. The only issue was the consultant did tell us that the installer would be able to do items that later when the installer got here either he could not do them or did not have time do them. like replace the exhaust fan. Out side of that all went well. <br />"
