"I highly recommend All Phases mechanical for all your HVAC needs. I was having issues with my central AC unit and I placed a call to this company, immediately Carl answered the phone and came out the next day to evaluate. It was determined that I needed a new central AC unit. This was last week during the extremely hot temps we were experiencing(above 90) The whole process from the time I placed the call to Carl to the time the unit was installed by Dylan was only 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and efficiencies and amazing customer service this company has provided me. I would also like to mention that Dylan the tech that installed my AC unit was amazing, he was very professional, experienced, answered all my questions and was very neat. The executive secretary Susan was also very efficient with any questions and follow up. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!!"

"Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. I highly recommend & they’re my go to for plumbing as well as I’m about to have them replace my hot water tank before it becomes an issue"

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

"Majic Air did a great job of listening to our desires. We wanted to install central air conditioning in our two story home. We did not want ductless wall units. Shawn, the salesman, was able to come up with a plan that combined traditional ducted AC for the first floor of our home with ductless ceiling cassettes for the second floor of our home, completed with one wall unit for our finished third floor office. We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. This was a complex job, and Majic Air got it done."

"Very well. They say it would take 2 days but they did it in a day. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Hired their electrician to do other electrical work."

"Hired them for a new install of a full ducted Heat pump system. The original project was great, one year later the system had an issue on the manufacturer's side, they were very prompt in coming out to correct the issue."

"Robert is very honest and forth-coming about the intricacies of a job. He explains his concerns and also educates the customer about what the customer should be thinking about. He is prompt and polite. His pricing was very fair also. We just got to him too late in the winter heating season to act right now."

"Very helpfulhelped me with everything."

"Very well, Frank Fitch quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repairs and expertly made the repairs. Re-establishing the proper pressure and making the boiler ready to go. Felt like I had expert service and a fair price."
