I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. "My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price."
