"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"Kane came out, looked at the job and gave a a fair estimate. I had gotten 3 other estimates but decided to go with Monster Plumbing because Kane explained all options and how each would affect me. Kane scheduled the repair, arrived on time, identified the source and fixed my gas leak that happened to be a corroded & busted gas pipe under my home's laundry room slab. Others companies wanted to charge much more to reroute my gas lines above ground but Kane with Monster Plumbing broke the concrete, found the problem and fixed it.
