"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. We strongly recommend Richard for anyone contemplating any home renovation or home addition, large or small."

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered.
